Day 01Arrival in Innsbruck

Arrive in Innsbruck and check into your hotel. Spend the day relaxing and getting acclimated to the city. We recommend a dinner at a local restaurant, sampling traditional Tyrolean cuisine.

Day 02Innsbruck - Swarovski Crystal Worlds

Start your day with breakfast at your hotel. Afterward, take a short trip to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens. This museum features stunning art installations and beautiful gardens dedicated to the famous crystal brand. Spend your day exploring the various exhibits, including the enchanting Crystal Cloud and the shimmering Crystal Dome. After your visit, return to Innsbruck and spend the evening at leisure, perhaps enjoying a cozy dinner at a local café.

Day 03Innsbruck to Salzburg by train

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before departing for Salzburg, which is about a two-hour train ride away. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take some time to relax.

In the afternoon, explore the charming Old Town (Altstadt) at your own pace. Stroll through the picturesque streets and consider visiting Mirabell Palace and Gardens if time allows. For dinner, choose a traditional Austrian restaurant in the Old Town, where you can enjoy local dishes.

Day 04Salzburg - City Tour and Sound of Music Sites

After a hearty breakfast, embark on a guided city tour of Salzburg. Visit significant sites related to “The Sound of Music,” including the Mirabell Gardens, where the famous "Do-Re-Mi" scene was filmed. You’ll also see the Nonnberg Abbey and the picturesque town of Mondsee, where the wedding scene was shot.

After your tour, enjoy some free time to further explore the city. You could visit Mozart’s Birthplace or take a leisurely walk along the Salzach River. In the evening, relax and have dinner in a local restaurant at your own expense.

Day 05Salzburg to Vienna by train

Start your day with breakfast at your hotel before checking out. Take the train to Vienna, which takes about 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, check into your hotel.

With the rest of the day free, you can choose how to spend your time in Vienna. Consider visiting local attractions such as the Naschmarkt, where you can sample delicious food from various stalls, or explore the trendy Museums Quartier. You might also enjoy a leisurely stroll through the city's beautiful parks, like Stadtpark, or relax at a café with a slice of Sachertorte.

Day 06Vienna - City Tour and Schönbrunn Palace

After breakfast at your hotel, embark on a guided city tour of Vienna. Visit iconic sites such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Hofburg Palace. In the afternoon, head to Schönbrunn Palace. Explore the opulent rooms and take a leisurely stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens.

For dinner, choose a nice restaurant in Vienna, perhaps sampling more of the city's delicious cuisine.

Day 07Vienna / Wachau Valley

After breakfast at your hotel, take a day trip to the stunning Wachau Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site. You can opt for a scenic boat cruise along the Danube River, enjoying views of charming vineyards and picturesque towns like Dürnstein and Melk. Visit Melk Abbey, a magnificent baroque monastery perched on a hill.

After a day of exploring the valley, return to Vienna in the evening.

On your last day, enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, take a leisurely stroll through Vienna for some last-minute sightseeing or shopping before heading to the airport for your departure.
